Commercial Cleaning Equipment Warranty
Review Americhem warranty information and find support for your commercial cleaning equipment purchase.
New Equipment
New equipment is covered by standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by manufacturer and model. Please refer to the documentation included with your equipment or contact Americhem for details specific to your purchase.
Reconditioned Limited Warranty
Americhem reconditioned equipment is inspected and tested prior to sale and is sold in working condition unless otherwise noted.
Reconditioned equipment includes a 30-day limited parts and labor warranty beginning on the date the equipment is delivered to the customer.
During the warranty period, Americhem will, at its discretion, repair the equipment, provide replacement parts, replace the equipment with a comparable unit, or refund the purchase price if a covered issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers mechanical or electrical failures that prevent the equipment from operating as represented at the time of sale.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Wear items and consumables, including brushes, pads, squeegees, belts, filters, hoses, tires, and similar items
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or improper operation
- Damage caused by modifications or use outside the equipment's intended purpose
- Routine maintenance
- Used battery capacity or run time unless specifically stated in writing at the time of sale
Batteries
All batteries will be tested prior to sale. A battery that is completely inoperable upon delivery should be reported to Americhem within 3 business days.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be reported to Americhem within the 30-day warranty period. Customers should contact Americhem before authorizing outside repairs so the appropriate repair or service solution can be determined.
Unless otherwise approved by Americhem, the customer is responsible for transportation or freight costs associated with warranty service.
