CMA Dishmachines S-B Scullery Double Rack Low Temp is commercial cleaning equipment available from Americhem. Double Rack, Tall, Pot and Pan Dishwasher. Features chemical pumps, priming switches, top mounted controls, delime switch, automatic start/stop, straight through design and a Poly Pro scrap accumulator. Produces 80 racks/hour and has a 27” maximum dish clearance to accommodate full sized sheet pans. All stainless steel construction assures long life and years of trouble free operation. Unique spray arm system features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps. Specially designed pull-pins allow wash arms to be easily removed for cleaning.
