Using only 1.01 gallons of water per cycle, it provides an eco-friendly solution without the need for booster or tank heaters. With a 90-second wash cycle, this unit can handle up to 40 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy commercial kitchens. Designed with upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps, the E-C-EXT ensures powerful cleaning results. Its integrated Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator helps prevent food soil from clogging the drain system, while the top-mounted control box includes chemical pumps and a deliming system for easy maintenance. Built with durable stainless steel construction and offering 20-1/2″ inside clearance, this dishwasher is ETL, UL, and cUL certified for sanitation and safety. Includes one dishrack.
