The CMA CB-R Double-Rack Dishwasher is a commercial low-temperature, chemical-sanitizing dishwasher designed for high-capacity kitchens. Its corner design and top-mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps, delimer system, and automatic start/stop deliver efficient and consistent cleaning. With a 90-second cycle, it produces up to 80 racks per hour while using just 0.96 gallons of water per rack, making it an eco-friendly and economical solution. The CB-R features upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps, a pull-pin design for easy removal, a pump purging system to eliminate soil and chemical carryover, and a Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator to prevent debris from entering the drain. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, while the 20-1/2″ dish clearance accommodates a wide range of wares. Includes two dish racks and a low-chemical alarm for added convenience.
