The CMA-180TSB Energy Mizer® Single-Rack High-Temperature Straight Tall Dishwasher is designed for efficient cleaning of both glassware and dishware, with a 27″ high door opening to accommodate larger items and sheet pans. Its split design reduces the open-door height to 93-1/2″, ideal for low-ceiling dish rooms. With a 1-minute wash cycle and 1 HP wash pump, it cleans up to 60 standard racks per hour while using only 1.24 gallons of water per cycle, offering economical and environmentally friendly operation. Upper and lower rotating stainless steel wash and rinse arms ensure thorough cleaning, with a pull-pin design for easy removal. A built-in 12 kW booster heater provides 180°F rinse water for proper sanitization, and the automatic soil purging system captures debris in a removable external drawer.

Additional features include a water pressure regulator, top-mounted control box with rack counter, extended delimer switch, and easy-to-read controls. Requires 208/240V, 3-phase electrical connection.
